If there are any problems with your item, we'll want you to record them on video. Within 30 days of receiving your order, we will provide a complete refund if the product is found to be defective. If we need the item returned, we will give you thorough instructions. We stand behind each sale, so we have removed the returning label fee of 14$,

 Qualifications for Returns

Items must be in the same state as when they were received, including unused, unworn, tagged, and in their original packaging.

You must have proof of purchase. Please remember the order confirmation number.

-Gift card products cannot be returned.
